CONDITIONS OF SALE

– Any claim should be addressed to our headquarters within eight days from receipt of goods.

– Seller shall not be held liable for any tampering or improper use of the equipment. Please refer to general security standards for any information regarding usage of lifting and anchoring devices.

– Failure to pay or delayed payment shall cause accrual of interest on arrears equal to the current rate applied by the Banca d’Italia increased by three percent. Legal and administrative charges shall be included.

– For any litigation the court having jurisdiction shall be the one of Torino – Italy.

– Minimum billing amount shall not be less than Euro 160,00 excluding partially processed orders.

 

CARRIAGE

– Delivery is carriage free excluding the following:

1) Delivery charges on buyer’s side for orders less than Euro 310,00.

2) Fixed charge of Euro 13,00 per hundred kilograms, for amounts between Euro 310,00 and Euro 850,00.

3) No delivery charges for amounts over Euro 850,00.

 

LEAD TIME

– 5 days for standard items.

– 15 days for tailored items.
